Terms of Service
1. General Terms
These terms apply to the use of WebKid services. By using the website, you accept these terms.
2. Services
WebKid provides web development services, including website development, online stores, custom software, and maintenance. Service details are individually agreed upon with each client.
3. Client Obligations
Client obligations include:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Timely provision of necessary content and materials
- Cooperation during the development process
- Fulfillment of payment obligations
- Respect for copyrights and licenses
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights of work created by WebKid transfer to the client after full payment. Third-party components and libraries used during development are subject to their own license terms.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are determined individually for each project. Generally, an advance payment is required to begin work, with the remaining amount due upon project completion.
6. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee the quality of our work and error-free operation at delivery. We provide free bug fixes for 30 days following project delivery. We are not liable for errors in third-party services.
7. Termination
Both parties are entitled to terminate the contract with written notice. Upon termination, the fee for work completed to date will be settled.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
